Shipping Policy

At INTCOM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post only. This ensures safe, secure, and trackable deliveries across India.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and/or receipt of payment.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping partner logistics, and other external factors.
Any delivery date communicated at the time of order confirmation is an estimate and subject to courier/postal service norms.

3. Address & Delivery

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

4. Shipping Costs

If any shipping charges are applicable, they will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.

5. Delay in Delivery

The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal authority, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control. We will, however, assist you in tracking your order and provide updates when possible.

6. Exchange & Replacement Deliveries

For approved exchange or replacement requests, the product will be re-shipped and delivered to you within 5–7 working days after the return is received and verified.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
