  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

    • The shipping process has been initiated.

    • The product is already out for delivery.

  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.


2. Refund Policy

  • Once your cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment (or as otherwise agreed during resolution).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

  • If you have requested an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after the return is received and approved.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.

  • After verification, we will provide a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.


5. Return Timeline

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
