This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name https://intshop.in/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by INTCOM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Building No. 138, JP Nagar Phase 6, 30th Main Road, Sarakki, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka – 560078, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process.

  • You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of INTCOM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written permission from the Platform Owner.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform or its services for:

  • Any unlawful activity or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or malicious code.

  • Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

  • Sending false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

6. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and services at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject such offers at our sole discretion.

7. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Requests must be made within 10 days of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, and you may reject the product upon delivery.

  • Returns: We accept return requests within 10 days from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Certain product categories may be non-returnable, and such details will be displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment (UPI/Bank Transfer).

  • Damaged/Defective Products: In case of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer support team within 10 days. After verification, we will offer a refund or replacement.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

You may request account deletion via your profile settings or by contacting us. If there are pending transactions, disputes, or legal obligations, deletion may be delayed. Certain data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTCOM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents, and service providers from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or system failures.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
